ESCOBAR RAUL ERNESTO GUEVARA
Quito 1971. Began his musical studies at the Conservatory of Music in Quito in 1989 where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Classical Guitar Instrumental Technician in 1998. Parallel between 1993 and 2000, took classes in technique and repertoire with Maestro José Ángel Pérez Cuba. 
In October 2001 he settled in the city of Kassel, Germany to begin their studies in Guitar and Instrumental Music Education, as a student of prominent German guitarist Wolfgang Lendle and Angela Hug teacher in the class of baroque flute as an instrument parallel. In October 2006 he obtained the title of Professor of Music in Classical Guitar, awarded by the Academy of Music in the City of Kassel.

1996. Concert at the Auditorium of the National Symphony Orchestra, named "Best Student of 1995 of the National Conservatory of Music of Quito."
1997. Second National Award for Classical Guitar "CIUDAD DE GUAYAQUIL" sponsored by the Conservatory Antonio Neumane of this city.
1998. World premiere of the work for guitar solo, "Prelude and Waltz with Death" of Ecuadorean composer Jorge Oviedo.
1999-2001. Member of the Guitar Orchestra of Ecuador.
General Coordinator of the "Guitarists Ecuadorian Festival 2001", Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana Demetrio Aguilera-Hall (Quito) and national premiere of the play "Sonata in the English" by Joaquin Rodrigo.
2002. founded the "Workshop on Experimental Music and Afro-Latin American musical group" Los Chavos "with drummer Mexican Jose Valerio, in the city of Kassel.
2004. Join the "Podium für Studierende des Musikpädagogischen Ausbildungsbereiches" Seminarvorspiel, Academy of Music in Kassel, Germany.
2005. The group "Los Chavos" is selected in "Latin Music Day" in the official celebrations of the city of Kassel 2005. This band was also featured as "official Banda Night of Museums", Documenta-Halle, Germany in July 2006.
Winter 2006. Music Composition the choreography of the group female contemporary dance "Distanz" in collaboration with dancer and choreographer Brigit German Kaisers, Kulturhaus Dock 4, Kassel.
September 2006. graduation concert in the auditorium of the Academy of Music in Kassel.
November 2006. Upon his return to Ecuador is set to teaching and as a guitar player.
April 2007 offers a solo concert in the auditorium of the Teatro Casa de la Musica with the national premiere of the works "Sonatina" by Argentine composer Jorge Morel and "November Memories" of English composer Reginald Smith Brindle.
June 2007 presented a concert in honor of the Austrian composer Johann Mertz Kazpar, Humboldt House and Concert in D Major for Guitar and Orchestra by Antonio Vivaldi, Hall of Presidents, Foreign Ministry of Ecuador.
January 2008, a season of music-theater show "The Word Strings" with actress Susan Nicolalde Ecuador and Juan Carlos Velasco production in Quito Humboldt House.
Between March 2007 and September 2009, serves as Professor and Head of the Guitar Conservatory Music Franz Liszt in the city of Quito.
In March 2009, is convened by the Ministry of Education of Ecuador to join the Commission for Restructuring the National Conservatory of Music, as an academic coordinator.
Since September this year serves as Director of the National Music Conservatory of Ecuador, Quito Headquarters.
